Binance Research<\/b>, la branche de recherche de l’exchange Binance<\/b><\/a> a constaté qu’avec l’augmentation de la popularité du staking, une fois qu’Ethereum (ETH) arrivera dans la partie, le volume d’activité du staking enregistrera une augmentation à deux chiffres.<\/p>

Binance Research a publié son dernier rapport <\/a> le 28 octobre dans lequel est abordé le sujet du staking dans l’industrie des crypto-devises. Lié au mécanisme de preuve d’enjeu (Proof-of-Stake), le staking consiste à conserver des fonds dans un portefeuille de cryptomonnaie pour assurer les opérations d’un réseau blockchain, consistant essentiellement à “verrouiller” des crypto-devises afin de recevoir des récompenses.<\/p>

Le rapport souligne que le staking est de plus en plus populaire et qu’il représente actuellement une activité de 8 milliards de dollars US sachant que 15,4 milliards de dollars US des jetons peuvent être stakés. Cependant, selon Binance Research, Ethereum, le deuxième réseau en importance par sa capitalisation boursière, changera la donne car le volume d’activité du stacking \u00ab\u00a0va plus que doubler\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>

Avec le passage imminent d’Ethereum à la preuve d’enjeu qui devrait se produire dans “un avenir pas trop lointain”, ajoute Binance Research, “le staking devrait prendre une part très substantielle de l’attention du marché et à mesure que de plus en plus d’acteurs d’infrastructures soutiendront le staking, tout l’écosystème sera en mesure de mûrir, et le monde de la blockchain sera peut-être obligé de prendre en considération le staking\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>

Le rapport indique que les 10 plus grands réseaux soutenant ou envisageant de soutenir le staking \u00ab\u00a0représentent une capitalisation boursière cumulée de 25,8 milliards USD\u00a0\u00bb, le plus important d’entre eux étant Ethereum. D’autre part, à l’exclusion d’Ethereum, la capitalisation boursière cumulée s’élève à environ 11,2 milliards USD, selon Binance Research.<\/p>
