L’échange de crypto-devises Bitfinex<\/b> et sa société soeur Ethfinex<\/b> lancent leur plateforme d’offre d’échange initiale (IEO), Tokinex<\/b>.<\/p>

Le premier jeton sur Tokinex sera annoncé le 23 mai et l’IEO aura lieu le 13 juin. <\/p>

«Ce que signifie être un échange a évolué parallèlement au marché de la crypto en pleine maturité. C’est devenu un écosystème complet, et pas seulement limité au trading d’actifs numériques», a déclaré Jean Louis van der Velde<\/b>, PDG de Bitfinex et Ethfinex.<\/p>

Il a ajouté que les projets éligibles ne paient des frais que si leur vente est réussie et qu’ils reçoivent ensuite leur listing.<\/p>

Pour pouvoir participer à la première offre, les utilisateurs devront se connecter à Tokinex à l’aide d’un compte Bitfinex & Ethfinex, nouveau ou existant, et commencer le processus de vérification de la première vente à partir du 23 mai. Comme à l’habitude pour les IEO, les États-Unis ne sont pas autorisés à participer à la vente de jetons sur Tokinex.<\/p>

Avec cette nouvelle offre, Bitfinex et Ethfinex se joignent à d’autres échanges tels que Binance<\/a><\/b>, OKEx<\/b>, Bittrex<\/a><\/b> et Gate.iow<\/b> qui possèdent déjà leurs propres plateformes IEO.<\/p>

La principale différence entre IEO et ICO<\/a> réside dans le fait que le développeur du projet et les investisseurs facilitent leurs transactions par le biais d’une tierce partie – un échange. Il agit en tant que garant et effectue un contrôle préalable du projet sur l’équipe du projet. De plus, dans ce cas, les développeurs ne sont plus obligés d’effectuer une vérification KYC (connaissez votre client).<\/p>

Pendant ce temps, Bitfinex<\/a><\/b> a récemment déclaré avoir soulevé 1 milliard USD<\/a> lors d’une vente privée de leur jeton LEO<\/b>. Il a commencé à être tradé en bourse hier, le 20 mai.<\/p>
