Un grand nombre d’internautes a déclaré qu’un bug avait peut-être empêché le hard fork de Bitcoin Cash prévu le 15 mai, ce qui a causé des difficultés sur le réseau de la cryptomonnaie en ce qui concerne les transactions.<\/p>

Selon BitMEX Research, le réseau a rencontré des problèmes de transactions juste après le hard fork prévu, aucune transaction par bloc ayant été enregistrée pendant plusieurs blocs consécutifs.<\/p>

Cependant, BitMEX a également fait remarquer<\/a> que les deux derniers blocs sur son graphique “ont recommencé à inclure des transactions”, et ont supposé que des mineurs pourraient être intervenus pour proposer un correctif.<\/p>

Un développeur de Bitcoin Verde a posté un message sur ce qu’il estime être à l’origine du bug<\/a>.<\/p>

Un professeur d’informatique de Cornell a déclaré qu’il pensait qu’il y avait eu une “attaque”<\/a> sur la cryptomonnaie par des pirates informatiques avisés qui étaient conscients d’une vulnérabilité depuis un certain temps et attendaient la bonne occasion pour frapper – bien qu’il ait reconnu que l’attaque présumée “a eu peu d’effet”.<\/p>
