Final Frontier<\/b>, société spécialisée dans les domaines de la blockchain et de l’intelligence artificielle, a annoncé son partenariat avec le fournisseur d’infrastructure de minage de Bitcoins Bitfury<\/b> pour lancer un fonds conçu pour offrir aux investisseurs un «accès pratique au minage du Bitcoin de manière confiante et responsable», selon les dirigeants de Bitfury.<\/p>

Le fonds relève d’une juridiction européenne et est placé sous le contrôle du régulateur financier du Liechtenstein. Valery Vavilov<\/b>, PDG de Bitfury, a déclaré dans un communiqué de presse: «Avec ce fonds innovant, Final Frontier offre aux investisseurs un nouveau moyen d’accéder aux opportunités de minage, de créer des opportunités financières et de favoriser l’adoption institutionnelle de Bitcoin».<\/p>

Selon cette annonce, le fonds investit dans des actifs clés en main comprenant des sites de minage dont les coûts d’électricité et d’exploitation sont parmi les plus faibles au monde et qui disposent de centres de données ultramodernes appartenant à Bitfury. Les sites sont aussi surveillés et exploités par Bitfury.<\/p>

Un porte-parole de BitFury a refusé de commenter la taille du fonds.<\/p>

“Avec le prix du Bitcoin en forte baisse par rapport à son record historique, l’intérêt institutionnel ne cessant de croître de jour en jour, le moment est peut-être opportun pour envisager d’investir dans le minage du Bitcoin”, a déclaré Imraan Moola<\/b>, cofondateur de Final Frontier, société basée en Suisse.<\/p>

Le timing va également de pair avec la rentabilité du minage de Bitcoin. Alex Krüger<\/b>, analyste en cryptomonnaies, a déclaré sur Twitter que le seuil de rentabilité actuel du minage de Bitcoin se situe entre 3 500 et 4 350 USD, alors que le prix de cet actif est de 5 500 USD au moment de la rédaction du présent document, ce qui représente un bénéfice supérieur à 1 000 USD par Bitcoin miné.<\/p><\/oembed>

Les institutionnels recherchent déjà des moyens d’entrer dans l’espace crypto. L’un des moyens les plus populaires de cette année semble être les dotations: un sondage a récemment révélé que sur 150 participants, 94% ont déclaré avoir participé à des activités d’investissement liées à la crypto au cours de la dernière année. Parmi ceux-ci, 54% ont investi directement, tandis que le reste est passé par un fonds.<\/p>
