Tokyo s&rsquo;oppose fermement au statu quo, les r&eacute;glementations dans certains pays du G20 sont en effet parfois exceptionnellement strictes et d&rsquo;autres fois pratiquement inexistantes.<\/p><p>Selon le m&eacute;dia Sankei Biz, le gouvernement japonais a ainsi &eacute;labor&eacute; un &ldquo;manuel&rdquo; contenant des propositions et des justifications relatives &agrave; la gouvernance des crypto-devises ainsi que pour les &eacute;changes cryptos.<\/p><p>Tokyo esp&egrave;re mettre en &oelig;uvre les mesures suivantes:<\/p><ul><li>Syst&egrave;mes prot&eacute;geant les actifs des clients<\/li><li>Protocoles de s&eacute;curit&eacute; internationaux<\/li><li>Syst&egrave;mes fournissant aux clients des informations, notamment en cas de piratage<\/li><\/ul><p>Le manuel pr&eacute;sentera &eacute;galement deux piratages pr&eacute;judiciables que des &eacute;changes japonais ont subi l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e derni&egrave;re. Le piratage de Coincheck en janvier a marqu&eacute; un tournant dans la politique concernant les &eacute;changes cryptos japonais. Le <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener \" href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/fr\/news\/japan-hacked-exchange-resumes-trading-points-program-adds-bt-3035\/\">piratage de Zaif<\/a>, qui a eu lieu en septembre, a &eacute;galement entra&icirc;n&eacute; d&rsquo;importants changements l&eacute;gislatifs.<\/p><p>Le Japon a impos&eacute; &agrave; ses &eacute;changes des r&egrave;gles strictes. Les exchanges sont oblig&eacute;s de demander des permis d&rsquo;exploitation &agrave; l&rsquo;Agence de r&eacute;glementation des services financiers, qui est habilit&eacute;e &agrave; effectuer des audits approfondis sur place, voire &agrave; suspendre les &eacute;changes.<\/p><p>Les &eacute;changes sont &eacute;galement contr&ocirc;l&eacute;s par la Japanese Virtual Currency Exchange Association (JVCEA).
