Un comité parlementaire ukrainien influent a apporté son soutien à un projet de loi qui pourrait aboutir à l’introduction d’un taux d’imposition uniforme de 5% sur les transactions cryptos.<\/p>

Selon le média InternetUA<\/i>, le comité informatique de la Verkhovna Rada<\/b> a décidé de soutenir un projet de loi émanant des députés qui, s’il était adopté, verrait également les bénéfices des entreprises opérant dans les cryptomonnaies imposées au taux de base de 18% à partir de 2024. Le comité a rejeté un projet de loi concurrent<\/a> proposant de geler les taxes sur les cryptos jusqu’à la fin de 2029.<\/p>

Le même média cite le député Olexander Danchenko<\/b>, l’un des coauteurs du projet de loi, affirmant que le projet de loi s’inspirait de la législation estonienne, \u00ab\u00a0qui est considéré comme ayant l’une des meilleures lois sur les cryptos au monde\u00a0\u00bb. Danchenko et ses collègues ont également été influencés par les décisions de la Banque centrale européenne et le travail des régulateurs aux États-Unis et au Japon.<\/p>

Danchenko a également déclaré: \u00ab\u00a0Nous pensons que 5% est un niveau d’impôt stimulant qui permettrait au secteur [de la cryptomonnaie] de se développer\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>

Le comité déclare qu’il va maintenant falloir convaincre la banque centrale du pays et le cabinet législatif que le projet de loi vaut la peine d’être poursuivi, aucune des deux parties n’étant encore prête à clarifier sa position sur le projet de loi.<\/p>

Parallèlement, la société russe Gazprombank<\/b> a annoncé que sa branche bancaire suisse commencerait à offrir des services de trading «actifs cryptographiques» à partir de la mi-2019.<\/p>

Dans un communiqué, la société a confirmé qu’elle travaillait sur le projet avec Metaco<\/b>, qui fournirait une plateforme d’exploitation alimentée par une blockchain, ainsi qu’Avaloq<\/b>, un fournisseur de solutions bancaires.<\/p>

Gazprombank est une branche de Gazprom<\/b>, l’une des plus grandes sociétés gazières du monde.
