L’île de Malte au sud de l’Europe vient d’attirer un nouveau gros poisson dans ses filets et poursuit son chemin afin de devenir la juridiction numéro 1 en Europe pour tout ce qui est relié aux cryptos et à la blockchain.<\/p>

Selon un tweet de Silvio Schembri<\/b>, ministre délégué des services financiers à Malte, l’exchange chinois ZB.com<\/b> est le dernier en date ayant choisi l’île comme pays de résidence. Selon Schembri, la compagnie s’est engagée à investir 20 millions d’euros et embaucher 150 personnes au cours des trois prochaines années.<\/p>

ZB.com, de son côté, a indiqué que l’exchange serait officiellement lancé en septembre de cette année sous le nom ZBX.com<\/b>, et qu’il a l’intention d’ajouter l’euro dans son tout premier marché fiat-à-crypto.<\/p><\/oembed>

ZB.com est actuellement classé 5e exchange le plus important (parmi les marchés avec frais de transactions) en termes de volume (267 millions de dollars au moment d’écrire ces lignes) sur le classement de Coinmarketcap<\/b>, et offre une large sélection de marchés crypto-à-crypto pour les utilisateurs chinois.<\/p>

Alors que d’autres pays sont connus pour activement dissuader les exchanges cryptos de s’installer sur leur territoire, Malta a pris une approche différente et a de ce fait attiré des millions d’euros en investissement. <\/p>

Auparavant, Binance<\/a><\/b> et OKEx avaient tous deux fait le choix de s’installer à Malte, et Binance a même annoncé qu’il établirait son nouvel exchange décentralisé sur l’île.
