Fluidstack est une start-up sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la construction et l&rsquo;exploitation de clusters HPC. Elle compte parmi <strong>ses clients<\/strong> <strong>Mistral AI, Character.AI, Poolside <\/strong>et <strong>Black Forest Labs<\/strong>. L&rsquo;annonce a eu lieu le 14 ao\u00fbt.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TeraWulf, le mineur qui monte, qui monte&#8230;<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En vertu de ces accords, <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/fr\/news\/prediction-prix-bitcoin-decision-etf-grayscale-faire-decoller-btc\/\">TeraWulf <\/a>mettra par cons\u00e9quent \u00e0 disposition de Fluidstack une capacit\u00e9 brute d&rsquo;environ 250 MW de puissance informatique critique sur son site de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YSegHrO1N70&#038;t=1s&#038;ab_channel=TeraWulf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lake Mariner<\/a> dans l&rsquo;ouest de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de New York. Avec une capacit\u00e9 de 500 MW \u00e0 Lake Mariner, qui pourrait passer \u00e0 750 MW, TeraWulf monte en puissance. Sans compter que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 devrait bient\u00f4t avoir un nouveau site de 400 MW \u00e0 Cayuga, toujours dans l&rsquo;Etat de New York. De surcro\u00eet, <strong>deux options de prolongation de cinq ans<\/strong> porteraient potentiellement le revenu total du contrat \u00e0 environ <strong>8,7 milliards de dollars<\/strong>. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, la premi\u00e8re phase, qui repr\u00e9sente environ<strong> 40 MW de charge informatique critique<\/strong>, se d\u00e9roulera au cours du premier semestre 2026, tandis que la totalit\u00e9 des 200 MW+ se r\u00e9alisera d&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2026. En bref, le tout devrait offrir \u00e0 Fluidstack une capacit\u00e9 substantielle \u00e0 court terme.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fluidstack, quant \u00e0 elle, n&rsquo;est pas une inconnue dans l&rsquo;Hexagone. Pour m\u00e9moire, lors du <strong>sommet sur l&rsquo;IA \u00e0 Paris <\/strong>en f\u00e9vrier, ses trois fondateurs &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiofrance.fr\/franceculture\/podcasts\/l-info-de-france-culture\/intelligence-artificielle-la-jeune-entreprise-britannique-derriere-le-supercalculateur-francais-2179208\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">C\u00e9sar Maklary, Gary Wu et James Cox<\/a> &#8211; avaient sign\u00e9 un contrat pour la construction en France d&rsquo;un <strong>supercalculateur d\u2019un montant de 10 milliards d\u2019euros<\/strong>. Le projet est cens\u00e9 d\u00e9marrer l&rsquo;an prochain.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Google apporte son back-up financier au projet<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour s\u00e9curiser l&rsquo;initiative, <strong>Google garantit les obligations locatives de Fluidstack<\/strong> \u00e0 hauteur de 1,8 milliard de dollars. En \u00e9change de quoi, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Mountain View recevra des bons de souscription. Elle pourra ainsi acqu\u00e9rir environ 41 millions d&rsquo;actions ordinaires de TeraWulf. Cette op\u00e9ration lui donnera la main sur <strong>environ 8 %<\/strong> du capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de minage.
