Une sortie m\u00e9diatique au cours de laquelle <strong>Hong Kong<\/strong>, prend une s\u00e9rieuse option pour devenir un <strong>p\u00f4le mondial incontournable<\/strong> de l\u2019innovation blockchain et crypto. La lecture de ce document d\u2019une dizaine de pages annonce de surprenantes perspectives pour le march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional.  <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une r\u00e9gulation unifi\u00e9e pour encadrer l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me <\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.info.gov.hk\/gia\/general\/202506\/26\/P2025062600269.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Policy Statement 2.0<\/a>, Hong Kong vient pr\u00e9ciser davantage le <strong>cadre r\u00e9glementaire<\/strong> entourant l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me crypto dans sa juridiction. Celui-ci se veut d\u00e9sormais, plus clair, unifi\u00e9 et ambitieux. Mais ce sera \u00e9galement pour Hong Kong, l\u2019occasion de devenir un <strong>hub international<\/strong> de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de finance num\u00e9rique. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, le gouvernement confie \u00e0 la Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) la <strong>supervision des prestataires<\/strong> de services li\u00e9s aux actifs num\u00e9riques. Parall\u00e8lement, le FSTB et la HKMA sont charg\u00e9s de conduire une revue juridique globale. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son objectif est de faciliter la tokenisation d\u2019actifs financiers et r\u00e9els. De plus, la nouvelle mesure de r\u00e9gulation s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un r\u00e9gime de <strong>licence obligatoire<\/strong> pour les \u00e9metteurs de stablecoins, qui entrera en vigueur d\u00e8s le 1er ao\u00fbt 2025. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La tokenisation au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie <\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gouvernement mise fortement sur la <strong>tokenisation <\/strong>comme levier de transformation du syst\u00e8me financier de Hong Kong. Le Policy Statement 2.0 pr\u00e9voit notamment : <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La <strong>r\u00e9gularisation de l\u2019\u00e9mission<\/strong> d\u2019obligations gouvernementales tokenis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019<strong>expansion des produits tokenis\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 des secteurs cl\u00e9s : m\u00e9taux pr\u00e9cieux, \u00e9nergie renouvelable, m\u00e9taux non ferreux.<\/li>\n<\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des <strong>encouragements fiscaux<\/strong>, notamment une exon\u00e9ration de droits de timbre pour les ETF tokenis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hong Kong confirme par ce biais, son ambition d\u2019un <strong>march\u00e9 structur\u00e9 et interop\u00e9rable<\/strong> avec l\u2019\u00e9conomie r\u00e9elle.
