Depuis son adoption en <strong>janvier 2007<\/strong>, il s&rsquo;agit de la premi&egrave;re fois que cette loi conna&icirc;t une mise &agrave; jour. Et cette fois-ci, elle prend en compte de nouveaux &eacute;l&eacute;ments, dont les transactions d&rsquo;<strong>&laquo; actifs virtuels &raquo;. <\/strong><\/p><p>Les autorit&eacute;s chinoises ont annonc&eacute; que ce type de transactions est d&eacute;sormais consid&eacute;r&eacute; comme une m&eacute;thode de blanchiment d&rsquo;argent.
