D&rsquo;apr&egrave;s le communiqu&eacute;, le travail de ce dernier avait pour objectif de <strong>diriger cette restructuration<\/strong> dans le cadre de la faillite de l&rsquo;exchange.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p><blockquote><p><span>\u00ab\u00a0De plus, M. Ray a travaill&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tablissement et au maintien de contr&ocirc;les internes, &agrave; la r&eacute;solution et &agrave; la gestion des employ&eacute;s et &agrave; leurs pr&eacute;occupations, a interagi avec la direction au Japon, en Europe et dans d&rsquo;autres endroits &agrave; travers le monde et a g&eacute;r&eacute; la tr&eacute;sorerie, d&rsquo;autres actifs et investissements, les donn&eacute;es et les probl&egrave;mes li&eacute;s aux syst&egrave;mes. &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;gard de tous les d&eacute;biteurs. M. Ray a &eacute;galement supervis&eacute; les plans de relations publiques et de communication des d&eacute;biteurs.\u00a0\u00bb <strong>a indiqu&eacute; le dossier.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span>Alors que John Ray lui-m&ecirc;me avait d&eacute;clar&eacute; la faillite de FTX comme &eacute;tant un<strong> &ldquo;&eacute;chec total&rdquo;<\/strong>. La faillite de FTX &eacute;tant qualifi&eacute;e de \u00ab\u00a0casse-t&ecirc;te\u00a0\u00bb par les avocats de SBF, cela n&eacute;cessite donc salaire. En effet, il avait aussi mis en avant<strong> \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;incomp&eacute;tence &eacute;norme&rdquo;<\/strong> de SBF et de ses &eacute;quipes pour g&eacute;rer l&rsquo;entreprise.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Un salaire m&eacute;rit&eacute; alors que les cr&eacute;anciers attendent leur argent ?<\/b><\/h2><p><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><span>Il est important de rappeler que l&rsquo;exchange FTX a annonc&eacute; r&eacute;cemment vouloir entreprendre le remboursement de ses cr&eacute;anciers. John Ray n&rsquo;a donc pas ch&ocirc;m&eacute; puisque lui et son &eacute;quipe ont r&eacute;cup&eacute;r&eacute; plus de <strong>5 milliards de dollars<\/strong> dans le processus de restructuration.<\/span><span>Le mois dernier, John Ray a par exemple contribu&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tude du dossier de revente des parts de l&rsquo;exchange &agrave; la soci&eacute;t&eacute;<strong> IA Anthropic<\/strong>.
