En effet, un avocat travaillant &agrave; la r&eacute;cup&eacute;ration des fonds des clients aurait confirm&eacute; l&rsquo;information au magazine<a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/213748\/alameda-research-drops-grayscale-lawsuit-sparking-share-redemption-rush\"> DeCrypt.<\/a><\/p><p>Pour rappel, Alameda avait engag&eacute; un proc&egrave;s contre Grayscale en mars 2023, d&eacute;clarant qu&rsquo;ils ne faisaient que <strong>&ldquo;s&rsquo;enrichir aux frais des actionnaires&rdquo;,<\/strong> au travers de leur filiale d&rsquo;investissement <strong>Digital Currency Group (DCG). <\/strong><strong>Michael Sonnenshein<\/strong>, PDG de Grayscale, avait donc &eacute;t&eacute; cibl&eacute; dans le proc&egrave;s en compagnie de <strong>Barry Silbert<\/strong>, PDG de DCG.<\/p><p>Toutefois, ces derniers jours ont provoqu&eacute; un retournement de situation. Dans un premier temps, Grayscale a transf&eacute;r&eacute; plus de <strong>900 000 dollars de son <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/fr\/news\/etf-bitcoin-depassent-2-milliards-dollars-volume-seulement-quelques-minutes\/\">ETF Bitcoin<\/a> vers Coinbase. <\/strong>Par la suite, <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/fr\/news\/ftx-vend-somme-colossale-milliard-dollars-gbtc\/\">FTX a effectu&eacute; une liquidation totale<\/a> de ses <strong>22,3 millions d&rsquo;actions de<a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/fr\/news\/etf-bitcoin-hong-kong-milieu-lannee\/\"> l&rsquo;ETF<\/a> GBTC<\/strong> pour une somme de plus <strong>d&rsquo;un milliard de dollars.<\/strong><\/p><p>C&rsquo;est dans ce contexte qu&rsquo;Alameda, soci&eacute;t&eacute; apparent&eacute;e &agrave; FTX, a d&eacute;cid&eacute; de retirer ses charges et de mettre un&nbsp; terme au proc&egrave;s. Cela ressemble en tout point<strong> &agrave; une d&eacute;cision de commun accord<\/strong> entre les trois parties.\n<\/p><h2><b>FTX et Alameda pr&eacute;parent une transition&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2><p><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><\/p><p>\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/CryptoMatrix2\/status\/1749691784358240559<\/p><p>Alameda Reserch s&rsquo;&eacute;tait retrouv&eacute;e en mauvaise posture en novembre dernier, lorsque l&rsquo;exchange men&eacute; par SBF avait chut&eacute; jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la banqueroute.<\/p><p>Depuis, FTX tente de r&eacute;cup&eacute;rer le maximum de fonds.
