De plus, la SEC avait d&eacute;j&agrave; op&eacute;r&eacute; de la m&ecirc;me mani&egrave;re avec les ETF Bitcoin approuv&eacute;s il y a un peu plus d&rsquo;une semaine. Ils avaient &eacute;galement repouss&eacute; la date limite de 45 jours, pour finalement les valider le dernier jour de cette p&eacute;riode.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selon l&rsquo;expert en ETF, <strong>James Seyffart,<\/strong> ce d&eacute;lai suppl&eacute;mentaire &eacute;tait <strong>&ldquo;compl&egrave;tement attendu&rdquo;<\/strong> et qu&rsquo;une date significative pour en savoir plus ne serait <strong>pas avant la fin du mois de mai.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">D&rsquo;apr&egrave;s Seyffart, les ETF Ethereum ont <strong>70% de chances d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre approuv&eacute;s<\/strong>. En opposition, les analystes de JP Morgan estiment une probabilit&eacute; d&rsquo;une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/fr\/news\/etf-ethereum-comptant-mai-2024-jpmorgan-donne-son-avis\/\">approbation par la SEC &agrave; 50%.<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\n<\/p><h2><b>Pourquoi les ETF Ethereum sont plus compliqu&eacute;s<\/b><\/h2><p><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">James Seyffart avait pr&eacute;dit une approbation &agrave; <strong>90% pour les Bitcoin ETF<\/strong>. Alors pourquoi voit-il une plus faible probabilit&eacute; du c&ocirc;t&eacute; de l&rsquo;Ether ?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tout simplement parce que la SEC devrait alors reconna&icirc;tre<strong> l&rsquo;Ethereum comme n&rsquo;&eacute;tant pas un titre<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est la principale raison pour laquelle ils ont approuv&eacute; l&rsquo;ETF spot BTC. <\/span>Par cons&eacute;quent, il serait arbitraire et capricieux de traiter diff&eacute;remment les march&eacute;s &agrave; terme et les march&eacute;s au comptant (voir Grayscale v SEC)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La SEC n&rsquo;aime pas choisir les gagnants.
