En effet, d&rsquo;apr&egrave;s un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/about\/commission-votes\/2024\/commission-votes-2024-01.xml\" rel=\"sponsored\">d&eacute;p&ocirc;t de la SEC<\/a>, les comissaires <strong>Pierce et Uyeda<\/strong> accompagnent Gary Gensler parmis les approbateurs des ETTF Bitcoin. En opposition, les comissaires <strong>Crenshaw et Liz&aacute;raga<\/strong> auraient vot&eacute; contre.\n<\/p><blockquote><p>&ldquo;La Commission estime, conform&eacute;ment &agrave; l&rsquo;article 19 b) 2) de la loi sur les &eacute;changes, que les propositions sont faites conform&eacute;ment aux exigences de la loi sur les &eacute;changes et aux r&egrave;gles et r&egrave;glements qui en d&eacute;coulent et sont applicables &agrave; une bourse nationale de valeurs mobili&egrave;res.&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/files\/rules\/sro\/nysearca\/2024\/34-99306.pdf\" rel=\"sponsored\"><b>ont-ils &eacute;crit sur le d&eacute;p&ocirc;t d&rsquo;approbation.<\/b><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote><p>\nCette approbation de Gary Gensler et cette d&eacute;claration sont d&rsquo;autant plus surprenantes, compte tenu des d&eacute;clarations ant&eacute;rieures du chef de la SEC. En effet, il avait &agrave; maintes reprises d&eacute;clar&eacute; que les ETF Bitcoin Spot ne seraient jamais approuv&eacute;s. Comme je l&rsquo;ai dit dans le pass&eacute;, et sans pr&eacute;juger sur n&rsquo;importe quel actif crypto, la grande majorit&eacute; des actifs crypto-monnaies sont des contrats d&rsquo;investissement et sont donc soumis aux lois f&eacute;d&eacute;rales sur les valeurs mobili&egrave;res&rdquo;. <b>d&eacute;clare Gensler.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote><p>\nMalgr&eacute; son approbation des ETF, Gensler n&rsquo;en d&eacute;mord quant &agrave; la classification des <strong>crypto-monnaies comme &eacute;tant des titres.<\/strong> La guerre n&rsquo;est donc pas encore termin&eacute;e.
