Le 7 août 2023, PayPal a annoncé le lancement de son propre stablecoin<\/strong>, le PayPal USD (PYUSD)<\/strong>, une cryptomonnaie adossée au dollar américain<\/strong> et construite sur la blockchain Ethereum. Selon le géant du paiement en ligne, le PYUSD vise à faciliter les transactions internationales<\/strong>, à réduire les frictions<\/strong> pour les paiements dans les environnements virtuels et à offrir un accès plus large aux services financiers.<\/strong> Le PYUSD est disponible pour les utilisateurs de PayPal et de Venmo aux États-Unis<\/strong>, qui peuvent acheter, vendre, détenir et transférer le stablecoin dans l’application ou sur le site web de PayPal.<\/p>
