Le différend entre “Machi Big Brother” et ZachXBT<\/h2><\/span>

Jeffrey Huang, mieux connu dans le monde de la crypto-monnaie sous le pseudonyme “Machi Big Brother<\/a>“, a mis un terme à sa plainte pour diffamation contre l’enquêteur crypto, ZachXBT<\/strong>. Dans une annonce faite sur les réseaux sociaux, Huang a reconnu la valeur des services que <\/strong>Zach a rendu<\/strong><\/a>s à la communauté crypto par le passé<\/strong>.<\/p>

“Poursuivre Zach en justice était notre dernier recours, mais ce n’était finalement pas la bonne solution”, a déclaré Jeffrey Huang. <\/p><\/blockquote>

Il a également exprimé sa gratitude envers ZachXBT<\/strong> pour avoir apporté des modifications importantes à son article. Les deux parties sont finalement parvenues à un accord mutuel<\/strong> pour tourner la page sur cet épisode.<\/p>

ZachXBT, confirmant l’abandon des poursuites, a déclaré son intention de restituer les fonds inutilisés<\/strong> qui lui avaient été donnés pour financer sa défense juridique.<\/p>

“Bien que je regrette que cette affaire ait pris une tournure judiciaire, je suis reconnaissant que nous ayons trouvé une solution”, a-t-il déclaré.<\/p><\/blockquote>

ZachXBT a par ailleurs tenu à remercier la communauté pour ses dons et son soutien<\/strong> tout au long de cette épreuve. Il a souligné combien ce soutien avait été précieux pour lui durant cette période tumultueuse.<\/p>

Retour sur l’origine du conflit<\/h2><\/span>

Plus tôt cette année, ZachXBT a été poursuivi et doxxé par Jeffrey Huang<\/strong>, connu aussi sous le nom de “Machi Big Brother”, pour diffamation. Le différend a débuté lorsque ZachXBT a allégué, dans un article sur Medium<\/a>, que Huang avait détourné 22,000 ETH<\/strong> de la société de gestion crypto Formosa Financial<\/strong>.<\/p>

La plainte en diffamation déposée par Huang prétendait que les affirmations contenues dans l’article de Medium étaient “totalement fausses”<\/strong>.<\/p>

Ce litige a suscité un vif intérêt au sein de la communauté crypto, qui s’est mobilisée pour soutenir ZachXBT<\/strong>. La communauté avait collecté plus d’un million de dollars<\/a> pour financer sa défense juridique. À la date de publication, l’adresse du portefeuille<\/a> dédiée à ses fonds légaux affiche une valeur nette de près de 24 000 $<\/strong>.<\/p>
