Une ancienne dirigeante de FTX<\/a> dénommée Constance Wang<\/strong> a refait surface au sein de la société Sino Global Capital<\/strong>, une firme d’investissement spécialisée dans le secteur crypto.<\/p>

Après avoir passé près de quatre ans dans le groupe FTX<\/strong>, où elle a notamment occupé plusieurs postes clés comme par exemple celui de directrice des opérations<\/strong>, Constance Wang a rejoint Sino Global Capital selon un rapport de Bloomberg<\/strong> publié aujourd’hui et citant des sources anonymes proches du dossier. <\/p>

Ce recrutement intervient alors que Constance Wang a fait preuve d’une grande discrétion depuis l’effondrement de la plateforme de trading fondée par le célèbre Sam Bankman-Fried<\/strong>, sans doute en raison du choc que cet événement a provoqué sur l’ensemble du marché crypto<\/a>. À la date de rédaction de cet article, Constance Wang et Sino Global Capital n’ont pas souhaité faire de commentaire<\/strong> au sujet de ce recrutement controversé.<\/p>

Considérée comme l’une des principales collaboratrices<\/strong> de l’ancien directeur général de FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, Constance Wang était également co-responsable de FTX Digital Markets<\/strong>, à savoir la filiale de l’entreprise aux Bahamas<\/strong>. <\/p>

Elle avait pour mission principale de stimuler la croissance du nombre d’utilisateurs de l’entreprise à l’échelle mondiale, en plus d’assurer la gestion des nombreux partenariats, des relations publiques, du marketing, des clients institutionnels. Selon son profil LinkedIn, elle a également travaillé pendant quelques temps avec Huobi Global<\/a> et le Crédit suisse.<\/p>

Alors que certains hauts dirigeants de la plateforme FTX ont été mêlés à des procédures judiciaires et ont même plaidé coupable dans certains cas<\/strong>, d’autres ont cherché à prendre un nouveau départ. C’est notamment le cas de Constance Wang que nous venons d’évoquer, mais aussi celui d’Amy Wu<\/strong>, qui dirigeait autrefois FTX Ventures<\/strong> et qui a récemment rejoint la firme d’investissement Menlo Ventures<\/strong>.<\/p>

De son côté, Sam Bankman-Fried<\/a> a lui-même a plaidé non coupable pour une large série d’accusations, et le directeur déchu est désormais assigné à résidence<\/strong> en attendant un procès qui ne manquera pas d’attirer toute l’attention des médias.<\/p>
