Unstoppable, c’est quoi? <\/h2><\/span>

Unstoppable Domains est une entreprise créée en 2018 à San Francisco, qui s’est donné pour but de connecter le web2 au web3 grâce à l’utilisation de noms de domaines blockchain<\/strong>. Une entreprise née des cerveaux féconds de Matthew Gould, Bogdan Gusiev, Bradley Kam et Braden Pezeshki, le premier nommé étant le PDG. Les Unstoppable Domains sont des adresses Web qui peuvent être liées à des blockchains<\/strong>. À la différence des sites web traditionnels, ils ne dépendent pas des services de noms de domaine (DNS)<\/strong>, mais plutôt de solutions basées sur la blockchain, connues sous le nom de services de noms crypto (CNS)<\/strong>. Ces solutions offrent des noms de domaine crypto lisibles par les humains<\/strong>, pouvant être associés à des portefeuilles de crypto-monnaies. Ce qui évite les erreurs dans les transactions, car il suffit de communiquer son nom de domaine à l’expéditeur pour que les cryptos arrivent directement dans le portefeuille.  <\/p>

Les domaines ENS arrivent sur la plateforme <\/h2><\/span>

Dans le but d’attirer de nouveaux utilisateurs vers .eth, Unstoppable propose désormais ces noms de domaine à la vente sur sa plateforme unique. La société a également ajouté des fonctionnalités supplémentaires pour simplifier l’acquisition des noms de domaine en .eth<\/strong>. Par exemple, elle offre désormais le renouvellement automatique pour les domaines basés sur Ethereum<\/strong>. Ce qui évite aux utilisateurs d’avoir à se souvenir de renouveler leur domaine avant son expiration et d’éviter ainsi la perte de ce dernier. <\/p>

Unstoppable Domains a également annoncé la mise en place d’un coffre-fort pour conserver les domaines des acheteurs avant qu’ils ne les connectent à leurs portefeuilles<\/strong>. La plateforme prend en charge les paiements Fiat permettant aux clients d’acheter les terminaisons de domaine avec des cartes de crédit, PayPal, Apple Pay ou Google Pay ainsi qu’avec des crypto-monnaies.<\/p>

Matt Gould, PDG de l’entreprise, a déclaré que faciliter l’achat de domaines .eth pour les nouveaux utilisateurs attirera des clients qui ne sont pas natifs du Web3<\/strong>. “Les gens veulent avoir un seul endroit pour gérer tous leurs domaines Web3 sur toutes les différentes plates-formes. Ils ne veulent pas avoir à penser à devoir payer avec tout un tas de différents types de crypto-monnaies ou à avoir 1 000 portefeuilles différents dont ils doivent suivre… c’est cette expérience utilisateur que nous visons<\/strong>.”<\/p>

Petit bémol, alors que les utilisateurs qui achètent un domaine .eth auprès d’Unstoppable pourront accéder aux intégrations ENS, les titulaires actuels ne pourront pas accéder aux intégrations Unstoppable au lancement de l’opération<\/strong>. Gould a conclu que la société travaille sur ce problème en  s’efforçant de développer une norme de l’industrie à travers à sa participation à la Web3 Domain Alliance<\/strong>, une organisation qui vise à aider à définir à quoi ressemblera l’avenir du numérique dans l’espace crypto. Le Web3 fait visiblement rêver le monde <\/a>entier. <\/p>
