Alors que les investisseurs dans les crypto-monnaies<\/a> attendent avec impatience l’approbation potentielle d’un ETF Bitcoin au comptant aux États-Unis, JPMorgan émet des doutes<\/strong> quant à l’impact significatif que cela pourrait avoir sur le marché.<\/p>

“D’après nous, l’approbation potentielle d’ETF Bitcoin adossés physiquement par la SEC ne sera probablement pas un changement majeur pour les marchés des crypto-monnaies”, ont écrit les stratèges de JPMorgan, dirigés par Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou, dans un rapport publié jeudi.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Selon les stratèges de JPMorgan, l’approbation éventuelle d’ETF Bitcoin adossés physiquement par la SEC<\/strong> ne devrait pas être un facteur déterminant <\/strong>pour les marchés des crypto-monnaies. Cette affirmation repose sur plusieurs constatations faites par la banque.<\/p>

Tout d’abord, malgré l’existence d’ETF Bitcoin au comptant<\/a> au Canada et en Europe depuis un certain temps, ces produits n’ont pas réussi à susciter un intérêt majeur <\/strong>de la part des investisseurs. De plus, les sorties des ETF sur l’or au cours de l’année passée n’ont pas entraîné de bénéfices significatifs<\/strong> pour les fonds Bitcoin<\/a>, y compris les ETF à terme, selon les analystes de JPMorgan.<\/p>

Les ETF Bitcoin au comptant offrent un moyen direct et potentiellement plus sécurisé d’accéder à la crypto-monnaie. <\/strong>Ils éliminent les complexités liées à la garde et au transfert des actifs, tout en atténuant le risque de base associé aux ETF basés sur les contrats à terme. <\/p>

De plus, ils ont le potentiel d’améliorer la liquidité et la transparence des prix<\/strong>. Cependant, leur introduction pourrait déplacer l’activité de trading des marchés à terme du bitcoin aux États-Unis. Plusieurs entreprises, dont BlackRock<\/strong><\/a> et Fidelity<\/strong>, se disputent l’approbation des ETF Bitcoin au comptant.<\/p>
