Les récentes avancées de l’intelligence artificielle causent beaucoup de soucis aux autorités législatives et judiciaires dans le monde entier. Cette bataille contre le développement rapide de la technologie ne concerne pas seulement les autorités. <\/strong>La famille de Michael Schumacher, ancien champion du monde de Formule 1, n’a pas apprécié l’utilisation de l’IA sur le sportif célèbre.<\/p>

Une interview simulée avec Schumacher<\/h2><\/span>

Un magazine allemand nommé Die Aktuelle<\/i> s’est servi de l’intelligence artificielle pour faire une simulation d’une interview avec Michael Schumacher.<\/strong> L’ancien pilote de Formule 1 et par ailleurs champion du monde est toujours inconscient suite à de graves lésions cérébrales après avoir eu un accident de ski en 2013.<\/p>

Le 14 avril, une parution du magazine a annoncé la première interview de Schumacher depuis son accident en 2013. <\/strong>Die Aktuelle a révélé avoir utilisé l’IA pour faire perler l’ancien champion du monde de Formule 1.<\/p>

À la fin de l’article, le magazine a ajouté une série de citations supposément générées par l’IA et attribuées à Schumacher. Malgré les indices laissés par le magazine, cela n’a pas été du goût des fans et de la famille.<\/p>

La famille Schumacher dépose une plainte<\/h2><\/span>

À la suite de cette publication, un porte-parole de la famille a confié qu’une action en justice serait déposée contre Die Aktuelle, conformément aux rapports de ESPN<\/a> et Reuters<\/a> le 20 avril dernier.<\/p>

Ce nouveau procès vient s’aligner sur une série d’inquiétudes quant aux développements rapides et incontrôlés de l’IA. Plusieurs gouvernements et tribunaux se demandent par quel moyen réglementer l’évolution de cette technologie<\/strong>. Dans ce sens, une douzaine de législateurs européens ont écrit une lettre pour demander l’établissement de règles universel régissant le développement de l’IA<\/a>.<\/p>

Les signataires de cette lettre ont aussi appelé à une réunion au sommet des dirigeants européens<\/a> et américains dans le but de mettre sur pied des principes directeurs permettant le développement, le contrôle et le déploiement de l’intelligence artificielle.<\/p>

L’IA fait peur aux régulateurs du monde entier<\/h2><\/span>

Le développement rapide de l’IA est une question prise très au sérieux par les régulateurs du monde entier. Par exemple, le régulateur financier de Californie a pris des mesures contre certaines entreprises récemment. Selon lui, l’une d’entre elles se serait servie de l’IA pour créer un avatar qui serait intervenu à la place du PDG dans des vidéos YouTube.<\/p>

D’autres personnes utilisent l’IA pour usurper l’identité des célébrités<\/strong>. On a vu sur Twitter un clip du rappeur Kanye West reprenant le titre \u00ab\u00a0Hold On, We’re Going Home\u00a0\u00bb d’un autre rappeur du nom de Drake.
