L&rsquo;&eacute;mission de ce stablecoin sera effectu&eacute; par sa branche d&eacute;di&eacute;e aux actifs num&eacute;riques, <strong>Soci&eacute;t&eacute; G&eacute;n&eacute;rale-Forge<\/strong>, et ce stablecoin baptis&eacute; EUR CoinVertible sera index&eacute; sur l&rsquo;euro et ciblera principalement les clients institutionnels.<\/p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Pour assurer le respect de la r&eacute;glementation en vigueur en mati&egrave;re de blanchiment d&rsquo;argent&nbsp; (AML, <i>anti-money laundering<\/i>) et de connaissance du client (KYC, <i>know your customer<\/i>), ce jeton ne sera disponible que pour les investisseurs institutionnels qualifi&eacute;s ayant respect&eacute; les proc&eacute;dures n&eacute;cessaires. Les caract&eacute;ristiques du jeton seront les suivantes :<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Une structure juridique s&eacute;curis&eacute;e garantissant la s&eacute;gr&eacute;gation compl&egrave;te des actifs collat&eacute;raux, un acc&egrave;s direct aux actifs collat&eacute;raux pour les d&eacute;tenteurs de jetons, et la mise en &oelig;uvre des m&eacute;canismes de plan de continuit&eacute; d&rsquo;activit&eacute; en cas d&rsquo;&eacute;v&eacute;nement de march&eacute; ou technologique,<\/li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">des crit&egrave;res d&rsquo;&eacute;ligibilit&eacute; stricts et pr&eacute;d&eacute;finis du collat&eacute;ral (rating minimum, liquidit&eacute;),<\/li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Une transparence quotidienne sur la valeur et les positions du collat&eacute;ral en EUR CoinVertible, disponible sur le site de SG-FORGE,<\/li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Une demande d&rsquo;attribution d&rsquo;une notation de cr&eacute;dit adress&eacute;e &agrave; une agence de notation de cr&eacute;dit ind&eacute;pendante de premier plan,&nbsp;<\/li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Une interop&eacute;rabilit&eacute; avec les syst&egrave;mes traditionnels,&nbsp;<\/li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">La publication du code source du contrat intelligent sous la licence open source Apache 2.0.<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Une initiative qui s&rsquo;inscrit dans la strat&eacute;gie de Soci&eacute;t&eacute; G&eacute;n&eacute;rale dans le secteur crypto<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Afin de garantir que le stablecoin soit accessible au plus grand nombre d&rsquo;investisseurs institutionnels, Soci&eacute;t&eacute; G&eacute;n&eacute;rale collaborera avec les plateformes de march&eacute; &eacute;ligibles, parmi lesquelles des plateformes de trading crypto de confiance.
