Shanghai, l’importante mise à jour d’Ethereum qui permettra de retirer des ETH<\/a> stackés, devrait arriver le 12 avril<\/strong>.<\/p>

La nouvelle de la date confirmée pour le hard fork Shanghai a été partagée sur Twitter<\/strong> jeudi par le développeur principal d’Ethereum, Tim Beiko, qui a également déclaré que la mise à niveau se produirait au bloc 6209536.<\/p>

La date confirmée représente un léger retard <\/strong>par rapport aux précédentes annonces de Beiko lors d’un rappel aux développeurs en décembre de l’année dernière.<\/p>

À l’époque, M. Beiko avait fixé une date limite de mars<\/a> pour la mise à niveau et avait déclaré que l’autorisation des retraits était \u00ab\u00a0clairement la plus haute priorité pour tout le monde\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>

Le hard fork Shanghai est une mise à jour très attendue par les détenteurs d’ETH<\/strong>, étant donné qu’il permettra les retraits de jetons ETH qui ont été mis en jeu sur la nouvelle blockchain de preuve d’enjeu (PoS) d’Ethereum.<\/p>

On pense également que cette mise à niveau attirera davantage de stakers sur le réseau Ethereum, ce qui pourrait en fin de compte profiter au prix de l’ETH.<\/p>

Certains restent sceptiques<\/h2><\/span>

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir retirer les ETH mis en staking<\/a> a été un sujet quelque peu controversé dans la communauté cryptographique, certains critiques d’Ethereum se demandant ouvertement si le réseau s’ouvrira un jour à de tels retraits.<\/p>

Pas plus tard qu’en janvier de cette année, un détenteur de bitcoin qui restait sceptique quant à la possibilité de retirer de l’ETH stacké a parié avec Eric Wall<\/strong>, un célèbre investisseur et analyste en crypto-monnaies, pour un cube de tungstène<\/strong>.<\/p>

Wall a fièrement parlé de ce pari à ses followers sur Twitter, tout en partageant les détails des précédents paris sur le cube de tungstène qu’il avait remportés avec d’autres membres de la communauté cryptographique.<\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0Les détenteurs de bitcoin sont toujours confiants et racontent des bêtises chaque année. Tant qu’ils feront cela, je continuerai à collecter des cubes auprès d’eux\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il déclaré.<\/p>
