Jed McCaleb, el cofundador y ex director técnico de la firma fintech Ripple<\/strong>, parece haber terminado su infame dumping de tokens XRP en el mercado, con una billetera que controla ahora mostrando un saldo de solo XRP 47.7, o poco más de 17 dólares estadounidenses.<\/p>

Según los datos<\/a> del explorador de cadena de bloques XRP Scan, McCaleb realizó la última transacción saliente de su billetera denominada “~tacostand” el domingo a las 18:31 UTC, cuando 1,1 millones de XRP (USD 404.000) salieron de la billetera.<\/p>

La transacción fue seguida por una transacción<\/a> de “ELIMINACIÓN DE CUENTA” , que indica que el usuario pagó una tarifa de transacción más alta de lo habitual para que se elimine una cuenta del libro mayor de XRP.<\/p>

Jed McCaleb ha vendido regularmente tokens de su billetera, que alguna vez tuvo unos 9 mil millones de tokens XRP. El cofundador de Ripple comenzó a vender sus tokens después de dejar Ripple en 2014. Más tarde ese año fundó el protocolo de pago rival Stellar<\/strong> (XLM).<\/p>

McCaleb cofundó Ripple en 2012 bajo el nombre de OpenCoin<\/strong> junto con Chris Larsen y Arthur Britto.<\/p>
