Según los informes , Zhu Su, cofundador y director ejecutivo del problemático fondo de cobertura de criptomonedas Three Arrows Capital<\/strong>, está tratando de vender una mansión que posee en Singapur.<\/p>

El CEO ha estado tratando de deshacerse de al menos uno de sus llamados bungalows de buena clase en las últimas dos semanas, informó<\/a> Bloomberg, citando a personas no reveladas con conocimiento del asunto. <\/p>

La casa, ubicada en Yarwood Avenue en el vecindario Bukit Timah de Singapur, se puso a la venta como un trato privado por un monto no revelado, según múltiples informes.<\/p>

El caso ha sido comentado por varios miembros de la criptocomunidad, con algunas capturas de pantalla compartidas de lo que parece ser un aviso de la lista de propiedades. El aviso califica la venta de \u00aburgente\u00bb y añade que se podría conseguir por \u00abmuy buen precio\u00bb.<\/p>

La casa fue comprada originalmente por Zhu y su esposa a fines del año pasado por SGD 48,8 millones (USD 35 millones) a través de un fondo fiduciario a nombre de uno de sus hijos, según informaron varios medios de comunicación.<\/p>

Según<\/a> el medio local de bienes raíces EdgeProp.sg, dos socios de la firma de asesoría y consultoría Teneo<\/strong> han sido designados para manejar la liquidación de activos de Three Arrows Capital. Un tribunal de las Islas Vírgenes Británicas ordenó oficialmente la liquidación del fondo de cobertura el lunes de esta semana.<\/p>

EdgeProp.sg dijo además que la casa en cuestión es la última de tres bungalows que Zhu y su esposa compraron en Singapur desde 2019.<\/p>

Además, el mismo informe dice que otra propiedad, comprada por Zhu por SGD 28,5 millones (USD 20,4 millones) en septiembre de 2020, todavía es propiedad de la pareja y está a nombre de la esposa de Zhu.<\/p>
