Die Tests wurden von einer Gruppe von Unternehmen in Auftrag gegeben, darunter <b>ConsenSys<\/b>, das von Ethereum-Mitbegr&uuml;nder Joseph Lubin gegr&uuml;ndete Blockchain-Softwareunternehmen.<\/p><p>Eine erste Interpretation <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn0.tnwcdn.com\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/1\/files\/2018\/11\/EOS_Report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">der Daten von Whiteblock<\/a> hat das Testunternehmen nun zu mehreren Schlussfolgerungen &uuml;ber <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/de\/news\/eos-die-junge-und-erfolgreiche-kryptowaehrung-2003\/\">EOS<\/a> gef&uuml;hrt, die in einem einj&auml;hrigen ICO rund 4 Milliarden US-Dollar einnahmen und nun nach Marktkapitalisierung den f&uuml;nftgr&ouml;&szlig;ten digitalen Verm&ouml;genswert darstellen: <\/p><ul><li>EOS ist keine Blockchain, sondern ein verteiltes homogenes Datenbankmanagementsystem, ein klarer Unterschied, da ihre Transaktionen nicht kryptographisch validiert sind.<\/li><li>Der EOS Token- und RAM-Markt ist im Wesentlichen ein Cloud-Service, bei dem das Netzwerk Rechenressourcen in einer Blackbox zur Verf&uuml;gung stellt, auf die Benutzer &uuml;ber Credits zugreifen k&ouml;nnen. Es gibt keinen Mechanismus f&uuml;r die Rechenschaftspflicht, da es an Transparenz mangelt, was Blockproduzenten in Bezug auf die Rechenleistung leisten k&ouml;nnen.<\/li><li>Der EOS-Durchsatz ist deutlich geringer als der urspr&uuml;nglich in Marketingmaterialien beanspruchte Durchsatz von EOS.<\/li><li>EOS leidet unter Konsensfehlern und es mangelt an byzantinischer Fehlertoleranz, was bedeutet, dass schlechte Akteure theoretisch in der Lage sind, falsche Transaktionen zu verarbeiten und Kartelle zu bilden.<\/li><\/ul><p>Dem Bericht zufolge sind &#8220;EOS Blockproduzenten stark zentralisiert und die Nutzer k&ouml;nnen nur &uuml;ber Blockproduzenten als Vermittler auf das Netzwerk zugreifen. Blockproduzenten sind ein Single Point of Failure f&uuml;r das gesamte System.&#8221;<\/p><p>Whiteblock f&uuml;gte hinzu, dass sie planen, <a href=\"https:\/\/whiteblock.io\/rsvp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">einen Livestream<\/a> ihres Benchmarktests von EOS im November durchzuf&uuml;hren, den interessierte Teilnehmer ansehen k&ouml;nnen.<\/p><p>Einige Aussagen im Bericht sind jedoch nicht unbedingt korrekt. So teilte beispielsweise eine nicht n&auml;her bekannte Quelle dem Next Web mit, dass die Interpretation von Whiteblock, wie EOS Transaktionen validiert, besonders &#8220;seltsam&#8221; sei und dass die Behauptung, dass EOS keine Kryptographie verwendet, nicht wahr sei. <\/p><p>Es &uuml;berrascht nicht, dass das Kryptoverse &uuml;ber die Ergebnisse geteilter Meinung ist, wobei das EOS-Camp schnell darauf hinweist, dass die Forschung von einigen der f&uuml;hrenden Ethereum-Entwickler in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Bekanntlich geh&ouml;rt EOS zu den Hauptkonkurrenten von Ethereum im Bereich <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/de\/leitfaden\/was-ist-ein-smart-contract\/\">Smart Contracts<\/a>.
