Das Cloud Computing-Unternehmen Amazon Web Services<\/b> (AWS), eine Tochtergesellschaft des Online-Einzelhandelsriesen Amazon<\/b>, hat sich mit einem Blockchain-Inkubator ConsenSys<\/b> zusammengeschlossen, um den Business-Blockchain-Cloud-Service Kaleido<\/b> der beiden Unternehmen aufzubauen.<\/p>

Auf der Consensus 2018 Konferenz in New York am Dienstag angekündigt, will Kaleido den AWS Kunden einen „einfachen Knopf“ geben, um ohne viel Hintergrundwissen in die Blockchain zu gelangen. „Sie können sich auf ihr Szenario konzentrieren, und sie müssen nicht promovieren, das ist Kryptographie, wir geben ihnen eine einfache Plattform, um ihr Unternehmen auf Blockchain aufzubauen“, sagt Steve Cerveny, einer der Gründer von Kaleido, wie CNBC berichtet.<\/p>

Matt Yanchyshyn, der globale technische Leiter des Partnerprogramms von AWS, sagte zu CoinDesk: „Wir haben Ethereum<\/b> genau verfolgt, da es das ist, was viele unserer Kunden untersucht haben, insbesondere für den Einsatz in Unternehmen“, obwohl er betont, dass AWS „protokoll-agnostisch“ ist, da das Unternehmen auch Hyperledger´s<\/b> Sawtooth und R3’s<\/b> Corda-Plattformen unterstützt.<\/p>

„Kaleido ist das erste Managed Blockchain SaaS (Software as a Service), das auf dem AWS Marketplace und in allen AWS Regionen der Welt verfügbar ist“, sagte AWS in ihrer offiziellen Erklärung auf ihrer Website. <\/p>

Joseph Lubin, Mitbegründer von Ethereum und Gründer von ConsenSys, fügt hinzu: „Wir glauben, dass Kaleido ein De-facto-Standard und eine globale Blockchain-Plattform für Unternehmen werden wird, die eine Grundlage bilden, die bis heute im Enterprise Toolkit fehlte“.<\/p>
