Daf\u00fcr hat das Unternehmen einen 19b-4-Antrag bei der United States Securities and Exchange Commission (kurz: SEC) eingereicht. Dabei handelt es sich um die US-amerikanische B\u00f6rsenaufsicht. Im Englischen nennt sich der Antrag 19-b-4-Filing und stellt so etwas wie eine Absichtserkl\u00e4rung dar. Um den Antrag abzuschlie\u00dfen, wird noch ein S-1-Antrag (S-1-Filing) ben\u00f6tigt.  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Solana Trust geh\u00f6rt als Tochtergesellschaft zur Digital Currency Group (kurz: DCG) und gilt derzeit \u2013 nach verwaltetem Verm\u00f6gen \u2013 als gr\u00f6\u00dfter Investmentfonds. Er verwaltet derzeit SOL im Wert von rund 134 Millionen US-Dollar. Also circa 0,1 Prozent des Solanas im Umlauf. Doch welches Ziel verfolgt Grayscale mit dem Listing-Antrag? Ein Solana-ETf soll daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass der Wert des Krypto-Assets genau verfolgt werden kann, so das Unternehmen. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-regulierter-solana-handel-an-nationalen-wertpapierborse\">Regulierter Solana-Handel an nationalen Wertpapierb\u00f6rse<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine ETF-Zulassung k\u00f6nnte den Solana-Handel an einer nationalen Wertpapierb\u00f6rse regulieren und Anlegern somit eine sichere Investmentm\u00f6glichkeit bieten. Grayscale ist allerdings nicht die erste Firma, die einen Antrag stellt. Bereits im Juni reichte das Verwaltungsunternehmen VanEck als erstes einen S-1-Antrag bei der SEC f\u00fcr einen SOL-ETF ein. Weitere Gesellschaften folgten. Derzeit ist die B\u00f6rsenaufsicht noch skeptisch, was Krypto-ETFs angeht. Zwar wurden bereits Bitcoin-ETFs und Ethereum-ETFs zugelassen, allerdings war das ein langer Prozess. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit dem Wahlsieg von Donald Trump bei der US-Pr\u00e4sidentschaftswahl und dem R\u00fccktritt des bisherigen SEC-Chefs Gary Gensler k\u00f6nnte sich das jedoch \u00e4ndern. Schon lange setzen Anleger gro\u00dfe Hoffnungen auf den selbsternannten &#8222;Krypto-Pr\u00e4sidenten&#8220;.  Seit seinem Sieg Anfang November bewegt sich der Markt steil nach oben. Kurzzeitig erreichte der Bitcoin sogar ein neues Allzeithoch \u2013 bei 105.000 US-Dollar.
