一名自受害者骗取价值约 170 万美元的比特币 (BTC)、以太币 (ETH) 和法定货币的韩国加密货币诈欺犯，已被判处五年的监禁。<\/p>

朝鲜报导称，这名男子 (33 岁) 的身份仅被确认为姓韩 (Han)，且已被首尔中央地方法院刑事庭判刑。法院还对此韩姓罪犯罚款约 70 万美元。<\/p>

法庭获悉，Han 声称在 2019 年 4 月为网路漫画 (基于网路的卡通片) 创建了一个由区块链所驱动的平台。网路漫画在韩国非常受欢迎，并已发展成为一个价值数十亿美元的产业。<\/p>

Han 创建了一家公司来支持这个项目，该公司也显然地继续创建了一个加密资产。Han 声称这个代币将成为该平台上唯一可以使用的货币。韩国法院听说他在他的项目中告诉投资者，该公司正在寻求让该代币在主要的加密货币交易所上市 — 这将使其价值上涨 10 倍于当前的价位。<\/p>

但法官也批评了受害者，谴责他们支持“基于新科技的企业，却没有密切关注现实的情况。<\/p>
