韩国监管机构表示，他们将在“Terra\/LUNA 事件”之后对稳定币 (stablecoins) 进行监管。<\/p>

ZDNet Korea 报导称，该国负责此监管事务的金融监管局 (FSS\/ Financial Supervisory Service) 表示，新的数位资产框架法案 (Digital Assets Framework Act) 将处理与“非证券代币”有关的事项，而被归类为证券的加密资产将根据现行之金融投资服务和资本市场法的条款来接受监管。<\/p>

但首尔政府希望与国际同行保持同步，特别是在稳定币的监管方面。尤其重要的是，FSS 和其他监管机构一直坚持必须“以符合海外法规的方式”来制定政策。<\/p>

引用 FSS 负责人 Lee Bok-hyeon 的话说，监管机构和政策制定者现在达成了共识，需要“加强对稳定币的监管”。<\/p>

但该负责人声称，对于与加密资产有关的“各种议题”“全球当局彼此之间”也“正在进行谈判当中”。<\/p>

韩国最高金融监管机构 – 金融服务委员会 (Financial Services Commission) – 今天也成立了一个新的加密货币工作组，以期在新法案制定之前提出政策的建议。<\/p>
