日本证券和银行业巨头 SBI Holdings 已采取了另一项重要的并购决定 — 那就是将抢购 BITPoint 的控股权，BITPoint 是其 SBI VC Trade 加密货币交易平台在日本国内的竞争对手之一。<\/strong><\/p>

根据<\/strong><\/a>日经 (Nikkei) 报导，BITPoint 的营运商、忠诚度积分供应商 Remixpoint 表示，它将与 SBI “形成资本和商业的联盟”，试图透过加密资产的“合作”来“扩大”其业务。<\/strong><\/p>

这笔交易将涉及 SBI 以 9860 万美元的价格购买 Remixpoint 5% 的股份和 65,484 股的 51% 控股权。这将授予 SBI 在 BITPoint “超过一半的总投票权”。报告称，BITPoint 的市值估计超过 1.93 亿美元。它指出，该交易还涉及一项收益条款 — 如果 BITPoint 满足多个财务目标，该条款将使 Remixpoint 有权获得未来的补偿。<\/strong><\/p>
