美国佛罗里达州的一栋房屋在房地产历史上首次以非同质性代币 (NFT\/ Non-fungible token)之形式被拍卖。房地产新创公司 Propy 将主持拍卖，并将接受数位资产形式的付款。<\/strong><\/p>

这座 2,162 平方英尺的坦帕湾住宅有五间卧室和三间半浴室。据 Propy 称，它将以 650,000 美元的起始价作拍卖。<\/strong><\/p>

如果买家购买 NFT，他们将“拥有一个基于美国本地的实体而拥有该房产”。也就是说，他们透过 NFT 获得房屋所有权，并可以将其储存在加密钱包中。<\/strong><\/p>

值得注意的是，新主人将能够将房屋的 NFT 作为抵押品，并在去中心化金融 (DeFi) 协议中获得贷款。 “这是一种 DeFi 资产，可以用于借贷，”Propy 说。<\/strong><\/p>
