近日，中国台湾新北区地方检察署正在调查一家中国大陆的加密货币挖矿巨头企业——比特大陆，指控其挖走多大100名来自多家台湾企业的人工智能工程师。按照多家媒体的报道，比特大陆自2018年就已经开始有这样的动作。<\/p>
根据日本媒体《日本经济新闻》以及台湾媒体《苹果日报》和《自由时报》的报道，台湾当局突击搜查了在新北市和新竹市（台湾半导体和IT业务的枢纽）至少七家企业并带走了约20人进行讯问。<\/p>
据报道，调查集中在两家公司，即IC Link和WiseCore。<\/p>
检察官突击搜查了多家办公室，以获取包括雇员姓名，合同和薪资数据在内的数据。相关的电脑和手机等设备也被一并没收。<\/p>
《日经新闻》声称他们已与该办公室取得了联系，后者表示据初步调查显示，比特大陆据称首先是诱使了一名高级工程师在一家于大陆新成立的大陆公司担任董事长，并要求此人去说服其他的前同事一起加入。<\/p>
检察官认定，比特大陆随后还成立了两家公司并将它们“伪装成在台的外资企业以便挖人”。<\/p>
