随着监管机构准备好新一轮监管，虚拟资产服务提供商(VASP)面临挑战<\/b>
\n代表虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）的国际机构正准备迎接一系列新的监管障碍，在监管机构明年对加密交易所和其他行业参与者推出另一系列监管措施之前，它们似乎与时间赛跑而准备工作。<\/p>

在V20峰会上, 一个汇集了监管者和加密行业参与者, 行业代表在小组会议上发言，他们支持IVMS（interVASP Messaging Standard）101标准。IVMS是VASPs在传输加密交易所需的发端人和受益人信息时可以使用的一种标准数据模型。<\/p>

IVMS 101成立于去年大阪20国集团（G20）峰会边缘与监管机构举行的20国集团（V20）首次会议之后，历时18周。这是对旅行规则的回应，是金融行动特别工作组（FATF）的一项重要建议，要求增值服务提供商遵守金融行业的反洗钱\/打击资助恐怖主义（AML\/CFT）议定书。<\/p>

不过，尽管V20与会者被告知了一些可用的旅行规则解决方案，并对IVMS 101的策划者表示赞赏，但专家们似乎对未来监管挑战的规模没有任何幻想。<\/p>

瑞士比特币（Bitcoin Suisse）风险管理负责人、OpenVASP协会主席David Riegelnig警告说，<\/p>

“我们需要了解IVMS未涵盖的许多主题，例如[单个VASPs]如何应对错误，以及验证在每种情况下的工作方式。”<\/p><\/blockquote>

Riegelnig补充道，<\/p>

亚洲经纪公司OSL的架构与策略主管兼旅行规则协议工作组（Travel Rule Protocol Working Group）主席Andrew Davidson认为，“最大的挑战”仍然是“日出问题”（sunrise issue），即各国将在数月内实施旅行规则甚至相隔数年。<\/p>

Davidson补充说，“重要的是要确保我们不会走太远的常规道路”，因为法规“可能在未来发生变化”。<\/p>

全球数字金融标准化小组咨询委员会主席Malcolm Wright表示，他和其他小组工作的“下一层”需要集中在“如何在明年6月的时间范围内运作”。<\/p>

他确定了三个行动领域，即，<\/p>

1. 需要一个全局VASP目录，以帮助各方了解其他VASP是否已获得许可；他们使用的协议是什么。这对客户来说必须是无摩擦的；也许这里也需要标准化？
\n2. 数据安全标准——数据从A发送到B后会发生什么？客户如何知道他们的数据是安全和加密的？缔约方需要确保数据传输和存储协议同样安全。
