由大型银行摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase）开发的企业区块链平台Quorum正被总部位于纽约布鲁克林的以太坊风险投资工作室ConsenSys收购。<\/p>

此外，两家公司在一份声明中称，摩根大通对康森仕进行了未披露的战略投资。ConsenSys和摩根大通都不愿证实该行的投资规模。<\/p>

ConsenSys确实证实，它正在筹集资金，并有一系列额外的投资者加入摩根大通。<\/p>

从现在开始，摩根大通将成为ConsenSys的客户，该公司将为Quorum部署的项目提供软件支持和服务。<\/p>
