稳定币（尤其是美金稳定币）、加密资产和加密通信在香港被用来抵抗金融监督和审查。近日安全法使得北京与香港的关系更加紧张，在港的金融机构以及跨国公司将会受到影响。香港国家安全法主要是平息对中国执政党的反对。但，这项法律引起了人们对言论自由和金融系统更严格控制的广泛担忧。<\/p>

根据新的法律，香港政府将能够冻结和没收涉嫌参与国家安全犯罪的人或组织的资产。<\/p>

数据表明，香港的人们越来越多使用稳定币，这些数字代币的价值与法定货币挂钩，将其资产独立于受政府控制的银行体系。<\/p>

尽管比特币作为一种固有的数字化、抗审查和中性资产。但由于市场波动，比特币并不是第一个脱离人民币计价资产的加密资产。在向加密货币发展的过程中，80%被分配到稳定币，只有20%分配到比特币。<\/p>
