一二线城市的中小企业生产力受到严重阻碍，如果员工和上下生产链的公司在接下来几天仍然无法照常营业，生产力可能会快速恶化。<\/p>

媒体报道称，区块链驱动的平台允许中小型和微型企业，从政府机构以及三家合作银行获得贷款。<\/p>

当局还表示 “积极推广” 国有研究机构和其他地方政府也参与其中的区块链驱动债务管理平台，因为病毒可能继续破坏一二线城市的生活和商业活动。指出，使用区块链技术将有助于提高透明度、防止虚假权利发布，并确保各方与彼此财务状况保持同步。<\/p>

平台提供的服务包括保险担保、投资援助和紧急贷款。<\/p>

在新型冠状病毒肺炎爆发期间同时，保险服务提供商依靠区块链加速追踪理赔。根据《南华早报》报道<\/a>，新型冠状病毒肺炎的爆发使至少27个中国大陆城市处于封锁状态，迫使许多香港人在家工作。基于区块链技术的 “集体索赔共享机制” 相互宝<\/b>，为中国大陆的1.04亿参与者提供基本的医疗保障计划，把新型冠状病毒列为有资格获得赔偿的重大疾病，一次性最高可领100,000元人民币 (14,325美元) 。<\/p>
