事件可谓是令香港展开“加密货币元年<\/a>”的重要推手，该案件令证监会后续的监管及立法上更加成熟。JPEX事件在2023年9月发生，在香港涉嫌违规宣传及经营，而直至今日终于有首宗民事索偿提出，案件中两名受害人委托律师代表，于6月3日正式向区域法院提起诉讼，针对JPEX集团及相关人等共七名被告，追讨24万USDT(泰达币)或185万港元。代表原告的浩宸律师事务所顾问律师朱乔华向本报表示，若索偿成功，将可作为示例，帮助更多受害人追讨损失。目前警方在JPEX案共接到2636名受害人报案，涉款约16亿元<\/a>，有72人被捕，冻结资产约2.28亿元港元。\n<\/p>

受害人透过网络红人“林作”入坑<\/h2>

\n综合香港媒体报导，去年9月JPEX在香港涉嫌违规宣传及经营，案件中两名受害人陈某和李某委托律师代表，第一至第六被告依次为JPEX在澳洲的注册公司“JP-EX CRYPTO ASSET PLATFORM PTY LTD”、JPEX在香港注册公司“WEB3.0 TECHNICAL SUPPORT LIMITED”、三个区块链钱包地址的持有人、场外交易所“Coingaroo”总经理赵敬贤；第七被告为任何透过实施、协助、参与，导致两名原告将资产转移给上述六名被告的人。<\/p>

起诉状中提到，去年7至8月，陈在参加由网红林作<\/a>举办的虚币讲座及阅读林的资讯及帖文后，相信JPEX为持牌、真确及可信的虚拟资产交易平台，陈并以自身及李的名义分别在JPEX平台开立合共三个帐户，其后多次向帐户存入虚币，包括从另一虚币平台“币安”向JPEX帐户存入约6220枚泰达币。<\/p>

陈又在林作介绍下，用林提供的邀请码到Coingaroo买入泰达币；陈在去年7至8月期间，在赵敬贤的指引下，以现金或转帐185万港元到赵的天星银行及理慧银行帐户，换取等值泰达币。\n<\/p>

证监会发警示后帐户被私下转走持有加密货币<\/h2>

\n事件来到去年9月，当时证监会于9月13日发警告声明称JPEX为无牌及可疑平台后，JPEX翌日以高昂手续费限制用户提币，同日陈在区块链浏览器发现三个帐户的钱包地址内金额，在未获授权下被转走，但JPEX帐户表面仍显示用户持有的JPC及JPP平台币、比特币及泰达币，余额约等值26.4万泰达币。<\/p>
