Q：购买ETF和直接通过交易所购买比特币（BTC）\/加密货币的区别有哪些呢？<\/strong><\/p>

    比特币现货 ETF 可以让投资者在无需管理或存储比特币的情况下，购买和间接持有比特币。操作在他们熟悉的股票交易框架中完成，无需考虑加密钱包的复杂操作和安全性挑战。比特币期货 ETF 是一种不直接持有比特币的交易所交易基金。它的底层资产是比特币期货合约的份额，而不是比特币本身，比特币期货 ETF 的价值可能不会始终与比特币的价格变动保持一致。<\/p>

    现货比特币 ETF 在准确反映比特币实际价格和降低购买成本方面具有明显优势。因为期货 ETF 必须不断滚动调仓以应对合约到期和开出的变化，这会导致期货 ETF 在升水情况下面临较大的调仓损耗，而在贴水情况下则相对好一些。此外，期货 ETF 的管理费和手续费通常较高。<\/p>

    香港ETF中期的市场容量有望达到美国的20%：预计香港ETF市场的中期容量有望达到美国ETF市场的20%，预计规模在100亿美元左右。ETF作为‘老钱’进入虚拟资产行业的新通道，将吸引更多传统投资者进入虚拟资产市场，推动市场规模的增长。<\/p>

    更多中资及外资基金公司进入：香港现货ETF推出的意义不局限于ETF本身，ETF更是一个重要的象征意义，意味着传统金融机构全面拥抱虚拟资产，目前明显感受到传统金融机构对于其态度有重大变化，引发机构大量进场才是重头戏。<\/p>

    首批推出的3只ETF基金都是中资基金的子公司，未来预计会有更多中资及外资基金公司进入市场发行ETF。部分头部ETF公司（不在首批名单中的）可能会观察首批基金的市场表现情况，然后决定是否进入市场，以及以何种形式进入。<\/p>
