据《釜山日报<\/a>》报道，昌原地方法院的金在允法官判处一名“30多岁”的未具名个人犯有欺诈罪。<\/p>

韩国媒体出于法律原因将这名罪犯称为A，他与“黑帮成员”合作进行了这一项目。<\/p>

法院了解到，A利用盗用的身份数据，向该团伙提供了以第三方名义开设的银行存折。<\/p>

据法院了解，该团伙创建了一个虚假交易所，诱骗公民在该平台投资超过11.2万美元。<\/p>
