在1月16日的博客文章<\/a>中，欧盟银行监管机构宣布发布了新的指南，这些指南专注于加密空间内的洗钱和恐怖融资风险因素。\n<\/p>

欧洲银行管理局（EBA）表示，此举的目的是“协调”现有方法，确保加密空间的服务提供商不会因与传统同行的紧密联系而成为非法活动的首选渠道。<\/p>

欧盟监管机构还指出，CASPs可能被滥用于金融犯罪目的，包括洗钱（ML）和恐怖融资（TF）。\n<\/p>

“例如，由于加密资产转移的速度或某些产品包含隐藏用户身份的功能，这种风险可能会增加。因此，CASPs了解这些风险并采取有效的缓解措施非常重要，” EBA在其新闻稿中补充道。<\/p><\/blockquote>

\n鉴于此，所有在欧洲集团内运营的CASPs都被给予了两个月的时间窗口，以通知首要银行监管机构他们是否遵守了这些规定。<\/p>

然而，这些指南的执行将于2024年12月30日生效，届时它们将被翻译成所有官方欧洲语言。这个激活期与预期的加密资产市场（MiCA）立法的启动日期一致。<\/p>
