\n中国政府发布声明，宣布任何涉及窃取数字收藏品的行为，包括数字收藏品如NFT的盗窃者将受到刑事处罚。<\/p>

声明<\/a>补充称，数字收藏品的盗窃将与盗窃期间发生的其他相关违法行为一并评估，包括入侵计算机系统和数据盗窃等行为。<\/p>

昨天发布的新规定确认了数字收藏品（如NFT）可以被视为在线虚拟财产，这是由于它们独特的代码、不可篡改的特性和详细的交易信息。<\/p>

考虑到中国在2021年底禁止了所有与加密货币相关的交易和活动，中国政府将数字收藏品称为“网络虚拟财产”是一个重要的里程碑。<\/p>

中国政府在声明中表示：“数字收藏品的盗窃违反了非法获取计算机信息系统数据的保护法和利益。由于财产是财产犯罪的对象，数字收藏品显然可以成为财产犯罪的对象。如果通过入侵系统或其他技术手段盗窃数字收藏品，该行为还损害了财产法。”<\/p>

声明强调中国<\/a>尚未建立这些数字收藏品的“二级流通市场”。然而，消费者仍然可以利用交易平台购买、收集、转让或处置这些资产，确保独占所有权和控制。<\/p>

今年以来，中国在与加密货币有关的民事纠纷方面经历了激增。各个法院发表了矛盾的裁决，有些确认虚拟资产在法律上受到保护<\/a>，而有些则持相反意见。今年五月，中国检察官宣布打击他们所称之为该国NFT市场上的“伪创新”<\/a>。<\/p>

尽管禁令生效，但该国对NFT的兴趣仍在增长。上个月，中国官方英语报纸《中国日报》<\/a>宣布将推出自己的元宇宙和NFT平台，计划于明年发布。在宣布中，《中国日报》向第三方承包商（中外均可）提供了280万元人民币（约合3.84亿美元），以在3个月内开发其“中宝数藏”NFT发行平台。<\/p>
