持牌虚拟资产交易平台HashKey已获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）的正式批准，推出其移动端的完整交易功能，而程式HashKey Exchange亦于11月1日上线，用户在IOS及Android平台上均可下载。<\/p>

在产品发布日上，HashKey Group 首席运营官翁晓奇形容该App的体验为「极简丝滑」，用户填写字段和信息递交等KYC环节的时间，已经从原本的28分钟缩短至8分钟，笔者下载后亦马上完成了整个KYC过程，以下是详细步骤及个人体验分享。\n<\/p>

1.注册帐户<\/h2>

用户可选择用电邮或电话号码注册，而新设密码时，只需输入一次，因此输入过程中出错后，亦难以察觉，建议输入新密码后按「眼睛」图示，看清密码无误才进入下一步。<\/p>

KYC第一步是选择自己属于那一类投资者，笔者选择个人零售投资者（俗称散户）进行下一步，这时程式会弹出提示，指示要用户确认持有以下地区的银行帐户才可顺利交易，这一点十分贴心，而支援的地区如下。<\/p>

香港、新加坡、加拿大、美国、英国、奥地利、澳洲、比利时、瑞士、西班牙、爱尔兰、以色列、意大利、马来西亚、挪威、葡萄牙、瑞典。\n<\/p>

3.身份认证<\/h2>

用户身份认证需要提供身份证件和三个月内地址证明，在上传身份证明文件后，用户需自拍完成生物认证。过程中，用户的资料会自动从身份证件相片中自动生成，惟独所有资料输入后，笔者无法按「保存」进入下一步，最终被迫按上一步及选择「放弃编辑」，回到主页面时，身份认证这一部份已打上勾号，体验略有失分。\n<\/p>

4.投资经验问卷<\/h2>

投资经验问卷的回答，将决定你最终被归类的风险承受等级，会影响后续的交易限制，用户可重复提交，达到想要的风险评估等级。要注意的是，有一条问题是设有限制「除了HashKey Blockchain Limited之外，您的投资组合中还有其他虚拟资产吗？」这条必需回答30％以下，否则零售投资者，即散户无法使用HashKey Exchange。\n<\/p>

5.虚拟货币知识考试<\/h2>

这一部分的问题设计相对简单，而笔者这一部分更只花不到1分钟便完成，因为程式设计你答问题的一刻便告知你答案，而答错了也没有后果，马上点选回正确答案即可，负责任的投资者建议认真作答。<\/p>

完成这一部分后，便是最后的签名环节，该页面的字体「繁简」混集。而签名后，笔者再次遇上无法保存的问题，疯狂点击「提交」也没有反应，最终也是同样被迫退回上一页，发现同样已被判定为完成步骤。\n<\/p>

6.银行资料认证<\/h2>

最后便是转帐开始展开交易之旅，这一部分没有什么特别，只有首次转帐需达10,000港元或同值美元之金额即可。\n<\/p>

总结兩大瑕疵<\/h2>

\n完成整个KYC流程，笔者花了大约10分钟，过程整体算顺利，但两个瑕疵影响体验，无法保存和界面繁体、简体中文混集扣了一些分数。而「极简」的部分笔者是认同的，HashKey Exchange的界面相当清晰易用，即使新手也可以轻松上手。<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
