\n香港金融监管机构确认将公布申请在中国领土运营的加密货币交易公司名单，此举是在JPEX丑闻曝光后作出的决定。<\/p>

据一份本地媒体报道<\/a>，在一次新闻发布会上，香港证监会（SFC）首席执行官梁峰怡（Julia Leung Fung-yee）表示，SFC将在公众要求下公布这份名单。\n<\/p>

“申请并不意味着这些公司完全符合SFC的监管规定。”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

\n总部位于香港的未经许可的加密货币交易所JPEX涉嫌欺诈客户<\/a>，据称给1600多名投资者造成了约14.3亿港元（1.82亿美元）的损失，据报道，这是香港历史上最大的欺诈案件。这一事件显然对政府努力将自己定位为全球加密货币中心的计划造成了挫折。<\/p>

“作为允许SFC许可的VATP在新制度下为零售投资者提供服务的条件，SFC进一步施加了一系列严格要求，包括确保在入职过程中的适当性，加强代币尽职调查，准入标准和披露。”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

\n为了帮助公众识别未注册或无监管的加密业务，监管机构表示将有一份“可疑的VATP”名单，可能违反法律的情况将在必要时转交给警方。<\/p>

此外，SFC计划与投资者与金融教育委员会（IFEC）一起发起一项公众宣传活动，以提高公众对欺诈和诈骗的认识。<\/p>
