\n由于欧盟即将实施的《加密资产市场（MiCA）法规》，币安<\/a>提出了关于稳定币在欧洲可能被摘牌的担忧。<\/p>

“我们正朝着在6月30日之前将在欧洲摘牌所有稳定币的方向前进”，Binance法国分公司法律主管Marina Parthuisot在欧洲银行业管理局（EBA）主持的在线公听会上表示<\/a>。<\/p>

这些评论是在MiCA法规即将在未来几个月内生效的情况下发表的，这让法律专家们纷纷努力解释其影响。<\/p>

MiCA法规于去年6月完成<\/a>，旨在将欧盟确立为第一个拥有全面加密货币法规的主要司法管辖区。<\/p>

它旨在允许交易所和钱包提供商使用单一许可证在欧盟范围内运营，简化流程并加强监管。<\/p>

然而，引起行业内关注和担忧的是与稳定币有关的规定。<\/p>

MiCA法规中与稳定币相关的规定计划于2024年6月生效。<\/p>

EBA和欧洲证券和市场监督管理局（ESMA）正在进行磋商，以确定这些规定的更详细细节。\n<\/p>

\n币安首席执行官赵长鹏（CZ）在社交媒体上回应了这些担忧，表示公司已经与合作伙伴一起推出了与欧元（EUR）和其他货币挂钩的完全合规的稳定币。<\/p>

赵长鹏声称，Parthuisot的评论被断章取义，暗示这是一场诽谤活动的一部分。<\/p>

尽管币安仍然相信，在2024年6月之前，将会达成建设性的解决方案以减轻任何不利影响，但MiCA带来的监管压力已经促使该交易所退出了欧洲的一些司法管辖区。<\/p>

正如我们之前报道<\/a>的，Binance在6月份宣布，由于未能从荷兰监管机构获得虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）许可证，已决定退出荷兰市场。<\/p>

此外，去中心化的问题也浮出水面，因为许多稳定币发行者的目标是以完全去中心化的方式运作，没有中央决策或发行的集中点。<\/p>

这在满足MiCA的严格要求方面构成了挑战。<\/p>

尽管存在不确定性，但一些人认为，外国发行者有可能通过位于欧盟内的加密提供商进行注册，从而避免了像Circle的USDC稳定币等重要国际倡议的分裂。<\/p>

然而，监管当局并未表示愿意促成这类安排。<\/p>
