根据BAM Trading Services，即Binance.US的法律实体，于9月12日提交的法庭文件<\/a>，交易所声称委员会要求的证词过于冗长。<\/p>

在SEC寻求冻结被告的资产后，根据同意令，委员会正在寻求对CEO Brian Shrider和首席财务官Jasmine Lee进行新的询问和证词。<\/p>

“BAM的首席执行官和首席财务官对同意令的迅速发现规定所指定的有限主题相关的事实没有独特的知识。”<\/i><\/p>

被告的律师还指出，Brian和Lee不参与交易所的日常运营，因此不“识别任何证据”。<\/p>

律师还表示，SEC的主张涉及用户资产的监管、转移和混合，因此从首席财务官和首席执行官那里寻求证词是一种伸展，因为他们已经自愿提供了直接了解此事的员工的证词，包括首席信息安全官Erik Kellogg。<\/p>
