\n亚洲数字资产交易所HashKey将向香港的零售客户提供比特币（BTC）和以太坊（ETH）的加密货币交易服务。<\/p>

该交易所获得监管部门的批准，在该司法管辖区内提供虚拟资产交易服务，成为首家获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（SFC）升级其两个许可证的交易所。<\/p>

据当地新闻报道<\/a>，新服务将于8月28日开始，对零售客户的限制是其在平台上的数字资产总投资组合的30%。<\/p>

HashKey的首席运营官翁晓琪（Weng Xiaoqi）透露，在推出服务之前，他们将进行内部评估，对所有投资者进行评级。他们将利用投资历史和新的问卷调查来获取用户对数字资产的看法。<\/p>

他还表示，目前只提供比特币和以太坊，因为它们占据了市场份额的大部分，并且是投资者需求最高的加密货币。<\/p>

翁晓琪进一步解释说，SFC不允许衍生品和保证金交易工具，但承诺如果现状改变，公司将扩大其服务以满足用户需求。<\/p>

关于数字资产总投资组合的30%问题，用户必须在了解客户（KYC）中诚实，以免遭受不必要的风险。<\/p>

该公司计划扩大其金融服务，包括法定货币存款和取款，并宣布计划与多家银行合作。目前，该平台支持美元交易，但计划将来包括港币支付。\n<\/p>

香港瞄准全球金冠<\/h2>

\n香港正在成为东南亚的加密货币中心，通过改革监管法规<\/a>以吸引该领域的企业和开发者。<\/p>

在推出了一套健全的加密货币框架后，引发了对其影响中国大陆生态系统计划的讨论后，香港金融司司长陈茂波表示，该国将与全球企业建立伙伴关系，成为Web3的熔炉。<\/p>

该国的立法机构于2022年12月通过了一个Web3许可制度，以利用不断增长的采用，并据陈茂波透露，已收到多家企业寻求在香港设立全球总部的请求。<\/p>

几家本地和国际企业还申请了扩大在该国业务的许可。据报道，今年3月，有80多家公司申请了香港的许可证，一个月后，香港金融管理局呼吁银行向持有许可证的加密货币公司提供金融服务。<\/p>

HashKey总部<\/a>位于香港，在新加坡和东京也有业务。与香港新政策相一致，该公司获得了提供比特币和以太坊服务的许可证，与竞争对手加密货币公司OSL一同提供服务。<\/p>
