香港<\/a><\/p>

以成为主要的加密货币中心为目标，积极推动Web3<\/strong>的发展。<\/p>

作为该国主要金融监管机构，香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（SFC）计划通过授予零售加密货币交易所许可证来监管加密货币领域。<\/p>

最近，香港还采取了一些措施，进一步巩固了其在Web3领域的重要地位。<\/p>

6月30日，香港政府宣布成立一个专门推动该地区Web3发展的工作组<\/a>，并致力于道德推动其发展。<\/p>

该团队由11名政府官员和15名行业参与者组成，旨在促进加密货币行业的增长和创新。<\/p>

此外，SFC根据其新的加密货币许可制度向交易所授予许可证。<\/p>

根据新的规定，该城市还将允许城市内的零售投资者<\/a>在获得知识测试、风险评估和合理限额等保障的情况下，在许可的交易所上交易特定的“大市值代币”。<\/p>

在最近的一次采访<\/a>中，Animoca Brands<\/strong>的联合创始人兼执行主席徐逸<\/strong>预计“会有更多的活动、项目和公司选择香港作为他们的Web3总部”。\n<\/p>

“就我个人的观点而言，我们预计香港政府和当地社区，包括像我们这样的组织，将对Web3倡议提供强有力的支持。”<\/p><\/blockquote>

据报道，香港的银行监管机构甚至对汇丰银行、渣打银行和中国银行等银行施加压力<\/a>，要求它们与加密客户合作。<\/p>

香港金融管理局在6月份告诉银行，对这尽管监管环境有所改善，但香港的大型银行仍不愿直接与加密客户接触。<\/p>

徐逸表示，这表明政府致力于支持该地区加密项目的建立。<\/p>
