中美两国在经济和技术领域都在展开竞争，其中之一就是比拼采用加密货币的速度。<\/p>

尽管这个东方超级大国在过去十年中宣布多次禁止加密货币挖掘和交易，但2021年，习近平主席认为“技术创新已经成为全球竞争的主要战场，技术主导权的竞争将变得空前激烈。”<\/p>

实际上，根据某些数字，美国在区块链技术上远远落后于中国。例如，如果将币安计入在内，中国和中国相关的加密货币交易所仍占据全球大部分加密货币交易量。<\/p>

币安的CEO赵长鹏是一名加拿大公民，出生于中国并在12岁时移民加拿大，他坚称<\/a>币安从未是一家中国公司，无论是在官方还是文化上都不是。<\/p>

然而，彭博社在5月份的一篇报道<\/a>中提到，一些中国公民甚至在该地区于2021年9月实施禁令之后仍在国内交易加密货币，包括在币安和火币等平台上。此外，像香港这样的地区现在正在采取亲加密货币的监管立场，向加密货币交易所提供许可证，并为加密货币行业提供银行服务。  <\/p>

Coinbase在Binance之后不久也因为上市未注册证券而遭受了类似的SEC指控，如果无法在法庭上获得明确的解释，它已经考虑将总部迁移到英国。<\/p>

中美央行数字货币竞争<\/h2><\/span>

除了私人市场之外，中国在央行数字货币（CBDC）方面的进展远远领先于美国。中国共产党的数字人民币试点已经在其边境以外的地区，如秘鲁、厄瓜多尔和一些南美国家得到了部署。<\/p>

在研究CBDC时，美国国会尚未决定是否发行数字货币，共和党方面对其发行的强烈反对意见也在阻碍进展。佛罗里达州州长罗恩·德桑蒂斯-现在的2024年总统候选人-已经禁止<\/a>在该州领土内发行CBDC。<\/p>

最近一项针对投资顾问的全球调查显示<\/a>，相比中国（70%），美国投资者支持CBDC的可能性要低得多（31%）。<\/p>

即使是加密挖矿行业，在2021年5月中国臭名昭著地禁止后，根据剑桥比特币挖矿地图<\/a>，中国仍然生产了超过21%的比特币算力。美国在这一领域是世界领先者，承载了37.84%的算力。
