来自CFA协会的一项新调查显示，中国和印度的投资专业人士普遍对央行数字货币（CBDC）持乐观态度。<\/p>

该协会为特许金融分析师提供资格认证，发现其在印度的会员中有66％，在中国的会员中有70％支持这项技术，远高于仅有31％的美国会员。<\/p>

这种差异反映了发达市场和新兴市场专业人士之间普遍存在的不同意见，后者支持率为61％，而前者仅为37％。<\/p>

在报告的执行摘要<\/a>中，CFA发现关于CBDC的看法存在分歧且理解有限。报告指出：<\/p>

“42％的受访者认为中央银行应该推出CBDC，34％的人持不同意见，近四分之一（24％）的人没有表态。只有13％的人表示对CBDC有深入的了解。”<\/p><\/blockquote>

CBDC是由中央银行发行的数字货币，而不是由私人公司（如USDT的Tether）或匿名个人（如中本聪和比特币）发行的。<\/p>

到目前为止，仅有11个国家<\/a>已经完全推出了CBDC，其中包括尼日利亚和一些加勒比岛国。然而，另外21个国家目前处于CBDC试点阶段，包括印度、中国和最近的俄罗斯<\/a>。<\/p>

还有70多个国家正在研究或积极开发CBDC，包括美国、加拿大和欧洲广阔的地区。这些地区也有大量反对CBDC的政治声音，包括加拿大保守党领袖皮埃尔·波利弗雷 （Pierre Poilievre）、佛罗里达州州长罗恩·德桑蒂斯（Ron DeSantis）<\/a>等人。<\/p>

CFA调查：为何我们需要CBDC？<\/h2><\/span>

这些批评者经常嘲笑CBDC作为一种监视工具，这在调查中得到了反映：50％的批评者认为隐私是他们对CBDC最关注的问题，另外40％的人认为它们缺乏使用案例。最后的10％认为它们可能会对银行有害。<\/p>

另一方面，58％的支持者表示，CBDC可以提供的最大好处是更快的支付。另外30％的人认为中央银行应该在数字货币的开发中发挥作用。<\/p>

报告补充说：“虽然绝大多数人都认为货币政策导致公众对法定货币的信任受损，但绝大多数人也认为私人货币永远比政府货币差。”<\/p>

调查还显示，商业和投资银行对CBDC有约50％的支持，而资产管理人员只有38％的支持。
