币安美国<\/strong><\/a>通过与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）<\/strong>的协议，避免了交易所资产被冻结的情况。<\/p>

周六，美国法官艾米·伯曼·杰克逊<\/strong>（Amy Berman Jackson）批准了双方的协议<\/a>，解除了之前的临时限制令（TRO），该限制令将冻结币安美国的所有资产。<\/p>

根据协议，币安控股<\/a>、BAM管理美国、BAM交易服务以及创始人赵长鹏（CZ）<\/strong>将返还币安美国客户的资产。<\/p>

此外，币安美国的美国分支被禁止将企业资产用于除了支付业务运营成本以外的其他用途，美国客户被允许从该平台赎回资产。<\/p>

该协议还禁止币安全球访问钱包的私钥、硬件钱包或币安美国的亚马逊网络服务工具的根访问权限。<\/p>

“我们很高兴地通知您，法院未批准SEC要求我们平台冻结资产的临时限制令，这在事实和法律上显然是不合理的。” 币安美国在推特上表示。<\/p>

在起诉书中，SEC指控币安和赵长鹏对客户资金处理不当，误导投资者和监管机构，并违反证券规定。<\/p>

该委员会还声称，币安不当地将数十亿美元的客户资金转移到由赵长鹏控制的实体的银行账户。<\/p>

监管机构表示，这些资金被转移到第三方，然后似乎用于购买和出售加密货币。<\/p>
